While we wait

What does it mean to be patient? It does not entail sitting around on one's hands. There is a great amount of work to be done while we are waiting.

If we do not put in the effort now, we will not see results. Doing nothing means receiving the same. Then, we are merely waiting for everything to end.

There is no formula for success. People get there in various and sundry ways. What they have in common is it took action to determine the outcome.

While one is working, they should be waiting for an opportunity. It does not need to lead directly to the goal. If it gets you closer, then there is progress.

Do not be afraid of disappointment. It happens to the best of us. We really do not know the effects of what we do until after our moves have been made.

What are we waiting for? A single moment when things start to fall into place. Like assembling a puzzle, putting together the edges is how you start.

  1. Indeed, being patient does not mean sitting idle. It is remaining steadfast when the results of your labors are yet unseen.

    1. Just because you cannot see something does not mean it is not there. The fruits of our labors take time to mature. For now, we must tend what we have planted.

  2. Patience is a calm temper which bears evils without murmuring or discontent. Let me tell you something you need to know. Human beings were never meant to bear evils. We were meant to fight them. And to do that you have to get off your ass.

Patience is a lesson taught to us by our demonic overlords. They want us to settle for less. We exist on a timeline that slowly grinds us into dust until the day we croak from it. I have no use for your useless patience.

    1. Patience is what you have while you are doing what needs to be done. It does not mean settling for anything. It just means that great accomplishments take time.
